Reserves close in on title
SALISBURY City reserves now require just one point from their remaining seven games to be crowned champions of the southern section of the Suburban League.
Whites' second string followed up Saturday's 2-1 away win at Three Bridges with a 5-0 home success on Monday against Molesey.
Charlie Knight scored two goals in each game - Stuart Gates (2) and Joe Fisher also being on target against Molesey.
Whites will try to secure the title in front of their own supporters when Chipstead visit the Ray Mac on Saturday.
Meanwhile, they are on cup duty tomorrow (Wednesday) when they visit the Metropolitan Police in the quarter-final of the Suburban Challenge Shield.
